Park models and destination trailers are made to be parked at semi-permanent destinations where RVs are allowed. Because they're considered RVs park models in the U.S. are under 400 square feet, however, they tend to provide more room and functionality than other RVs because of their intended long term use. Often times destination trailers (park models) feature residential sized kitchens and bathrooms and deliver unparalleled comfort. They are typically hooked up to local utilities to allow for use of their residential styled features.
Many People purchase park models to use as a vacation home, for retirement, or to just get away for a while. Whatever your needs are

In the living area, a closet for additional storage is in the right corner as you exit the bath. Patio doors allow great views and easy access. The TV entertainment center faces the large slide out sofa, two recliners, and booth dinette for easy viewing from any seat. The kitchen begins along the curb side wall with a pantry, residential style refrigerator with overhead cabinet, three burner range, overhead microwave, lower drawers and overhead cabinets. The counter continues through the corner to the front wall including a front center double sink, overhead cabinets and lower drawers, plus more!
Palomino Camping Trailer construction began in 1968 with the dream of Mr. Vern Landey. Mr. Landey had been a tent trailer distributor for several years when he felt he could design and produce better quality units than were currently being offered to the public. He would design units which were lightweight and offered convenient floorplans at affordable prices. He began designing and producing Palomino pop-up tent trailers in a small building in Savage, Minnesota.
